At Craft Land we offer three different kinds of learning events.
- Workshops are once-off classes, and Courses are a series of classes scheduled over a number of weeks. These are hands-on occasions where you will make a specific project while learning a new technique. Workshops and Courses have to be pre-booked and paid in advance. Remember to bring your voucher to class.
- Clinics are general meetings where you can work on any project while spending time with like-minded people. One of our experienced staff will be on hand to answer questions, help you to solve problems or get started on a new project. We have clinics for knitting/crocheting, sewing/embroidery and quilting. There is a participation fee of 50 Dhs per Clinic.
- Clubs are meetings of groups of people who like to share their enthusiasm for a craft form. Club meetings are held once a month and the program includes demonstrations, show-n-tell, promotions, and short activities. Clubs are held on Tuesday mornings, and the program is repeated on Saturday afternoons for those with weekday commitments. There is a participation fee of 50 Dhs per Club - in certain cases there may also be a small charge for activity materials.
We offer workshops and clinics on a wide variety of fibre crafts. Click on the icons below to download the schedule and details of our current offering.
